Questions teachers ask
- Do I need an account to try a game?
- No. The free games open and play straight in the browser. An account is only needed to make your own version of a game and keep it.
- Will it work when the school wifi doesn't?
- Yes. Save a game while you have a connection and it opens on that laptop with the network off — no login screen in front of thirty children.
- Do students need accounts or devices?
- No. These are whole-class games run from one laptop or projector. Nothing is collected about students, because nothing about them is ever entered.
- Can I change the questions?
- Yes. Open any game you have access to, retype the questions for your section or your language, and play it straight away. Free accounts keep up to 3 of their own games; Pro has no limit.
- Is SlideQuest official DepEd material?
- No. SlideQuest is independent. Games are mapped to published DepEd MELC codes so you can match them to your DLL, and you should read through any game before presenting it.
- What does Pro cost, and can I cancel?
- ₱199 a month, or ₱1,490 a year. You can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
